VEGA THUMB + INDEX CAMA Retention System
The CCHT8 holster uses the proprietary VEGA THUMB + INDEX CAMA retention system featuring two separate and independent locking mechanisms.
The upper retention mechanism secures the upper part of the firearm and is released using a horizontal thumb movement. Pressing the thumb lever opens the frontal retention hood and disengages the weapon.
The second locking mechanism secures the trigger guard area and is activated by a horizontal movement of the index finger. Pressing the external release lever disengages the trigger guard retention pivot, allowing the firearm to be drawn.
